Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
• After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• You will not be charged again once cancelled.
• Prorated or partial refunds are not offered for subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle.

• All one-time purchases of Shoot Credits are non-refundable.
• This includes standalone Shoot Credits as well as Shoot Credits included in bundles.

• All add-ons purchased on PickThePic — including Extra Shoot Credits, Photo Upload Packs, Combo Packs and extend shoot validity by 30 days — are non-refundable.
• These add-ons are delivered instantly to your account and are charged as one-time purchases.

• If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the payment automatically.
• Continued failed billing attempts may result in temporary account suspension until the issue is resolved.
